Loose v. Abbott should be regarded as a template for a viable constitutional law complaint.  Legal professionals may disagree as to whether or not the technical issues therein may be federal matters or are strictly state matters.  The gravamen of the complaint, however, is agreed by legal experts to be technically meritorious.
