"Your goal is legitimate and right and just. You need to demonstrate your clout to the politicians." . . . . . . Phyllis Schlafly, 12/11/05, on PEP-Talk radio"

PEP is working hard to make the system practice simple fairness.  This costs money.

But if you're an NCP you've already given all your money to lawyers right?  You’re about the millionth verse of that song.  Money’s tight.  But isn’t it worth contributing what you can (no amount is too small) to stop a a freight train that threatens to run you over … and then one of these days do to your children what it did to you?

You can join PEP at four levels:

  1. The Chairman’s Council

For a one-time donation of $1,000.00 or more, you will be on our most exclusive list.  What, exactly, does this mean?  Not what you think.  The Chairman’s Council will be those people who’re ready to heed Winston Churchill’s WWII call, “I offer nothing but blood and sweat, toil and tears.”

It’s safe to assume that people contributing at this level are dedicated – and very capable – people who will want to make themselves available to advise PEP leadership and for further tasks ad hoc.  Sign up here for the Chairman's Council.  Leadership from PEP will be in touch with you from time to time for your advice, as well as to make you aware of special situations in which you might be able to help in more direct ways.  Unless anonymity is requested, Chairman’s Council members will receive special recognition on this website, and in public information from PEP.  Chairman’s Council members can receive up to four case consultations from PEP’s Chairman on their case, and can order as many PEP bumper stickers as they like, free of charge.  (When you do, just make sure to indicate you’re a Chairman’s Council member.)

  1. Knights of the Realm

“A man’s home is his castle,” said Clarence Darrow, the famous civil liberties attorney.  The problem we’re all facing today is that our custody laws cause a kind of invasion by government of half the families in America.

Knights of the Realm must step forward to defend the castle.  Government has breached castle walls.   Your one-time donation of $500.00 - $999.99 will help PEP protect the American home against further intrusion for all time to come.  Unless anonymity is requested, Knights of the Realm will receive special recognition on this website, and in public information from PEP.  Knights of the Realm can receive up to two case consultations from PEP’s chairman on their case, and can order as many PEP bumper stickers as they like, free of charge.  (When you do, just make sure to indicate you’re a Knight of the Realm.)

  1. Sergeant at Arms

In certain kinds of meetings, a Sergeant at Arms is charged to keep order in the (unexpected) event that a normally decorous proceeding gets out of hand.

Custody law in America is out of hand.  Unequal protection of the laws, violations of the fundamental right to parent, and violations of due process are rampant.  Sergeants at Arms!  Help restore order!  Your one-time donation of $250.00 - $499.99 helps PEP do that.  Unless anonymity is requested, Sergeants at Arms will receive special recognition on this website, and in public information from PEP.  Sergeants at Arms can order as many PEP bumper stickers as they like, free of charge.  (When you do, just make sure to indicate you’re a Sergeant at Arms.)

  1. Yeoman

These sturdy souls will make up the bulk of PEP’s membership.  For $25.00 per year, they will be the vital foot soldiers in the fight for Equal Parental Responsibility justice.

Click here, Yeoman, to join.  And pick two bumper stickers while you’re at it.  (Be sure to indicate you’ve just joined PEP as a Yeoman when you order your bumper stickers.)

  1. Miscellaneous

Click here to make a one time or continuing donation of any amount.  This is not a membership donation.
