Introducing Joe Vaughn

Joe Vaughan is a member of the
Board of People for Equal Parental Responsibility , Inc. and his
responsibilities include Pastoral/Church Outreach.
Mr. Vaughan is an information
technology management consultant specializing in strategic
business initiatives requiring large scale information
technology deployment or the use of labor sourcing strategies to
manage demand variation and costs. In his career, Mr. Vaughan
has delivered consulting engagements to numerous Fortune 1000
companies in the manufacturing, distribution, financial services
and high tech sectors. A north Texas native, he graduated from
the University of North Texas degreed in computer science.
Mr. Vaughan is
a member of the Society for Information Management (SIM) and was a member
of SIM's 2004 Regional Leadership Forum. He is a Certified Project
Management Professional and a member of the Project Management Institute.
As a graduate of UNT, he was inducted into the Upsilon Phi Epsilon Honor
Fraternity.
Today, Mr.
Vaughan, is the father of three young boys. His life experiences as a child
and a parent of divorce bring a significant and historical perspective to
PEP with regards to child custody, visitation, child support and moveaways.
